介绍了如何借用附近流域的实测流量资料进行水文分析和设计洪水计算,为缺乏资料的工程建设提供设计依据。同时也为本地区的水库工程建设提供可借鉴的经验。

This paper introduces the method of borrowing the measured discharge materials of the nearby valley to deduce the design flood and make the hydrological analysis and provides the design reference to the project construction in short supply of materials. meanwhile, it also provides the preferable experiences for the local reservoir project construction.
