摘要
通过对东北老工业基地现状分析,阐明了黑龙江省水利行业面临的形势,并对形势进行深入细致地研究,进而说明水利行业面临的任务。
According to the status quo analysis of old industrial bases in the northeast, the situation of hydraulic trade in Heilongjiang Province is elucidated and studied deeply and carefully in the paper. Then the task of hydraulic trade is explained.
