非铁电压电玻璃陶瓷水听器分析

摘要 Ba2 - x Srx Ti Si2 O8(BSTS)非铁电极性微晶压电玻璃陶瓷具有压电特性 ,是微晶在温度梯度作用下自发取向生长的结果。用 XRD和 SEM对其取向生长进行了分析。 BSTS玻璃陶瓷 ,使用温度高 ,不易老化 ,抗磁电干扰 ,具有较大的静水压压电优值常数 ;其圆片、圆柱和球壳等水听器的灵敏度在 - 190~ - 2 10 d B,工作频率范围在0 .0 2~ 5 0 k Hz,灵敏度的温度和压力波动小于± 1d B。 The nonferroelectric polar crystal Ba_(2-x)Sr_xTiSi_2O_8 (BSTS) crystallized from BaO-SrO-TiO_2-SiO_2 glass system has piezoelectric properties, because of grain-oriented self-growth under gradient of temperature. The structure of grain-oriented growth has been determined by XRD and SEM.Being used in high temperature (1 000 (°C),) BSTS glass-ceramics has no aging problem and has also interference immunity of electric and magnetic field. The free field voltage response of BSTS hydrophone in the shape of disk、tube and half-spherical cap is between (-190) dB from -210 dB.The working frequency is 0.02~50 kHz. The disturbance of voltage response of BSTS hydrophone in temperature and pressure is below ±1 dB.
