钽铌酸银钠陶瓷粉体的液相合成

Synthesizing of (Ag_(1-x)Na_x)[Nb_(1-y)Ta_y]O_3 Ceremic Power Using Wet-chemical Method

摘要 对液相法合成钽铌酸银钠的纳米粉体进行了研究。实验表明 ,利用自制 Nb5+和 Ta5+柠檬酸盐溶液 ,在一定条件下成功地制备出具有单一物相的钽铌酸银钠粉体。该粉体颗粒细小均匀 ,颗粒尺寸为在 30~ 4 0 nm。以此粉体制备的陶瓷介质具有优良的介电性能 ,1MHz下介电常数高达 5 2 0 ,介电损耗约为 9.0× 10 - 4。 Nano-sized silver sodium niobate tantalate was studied in this paper using wet-chemical method.It is proved that silver sodium niobate tantalate powder can be successfully synthesized under certain conditions using homemade citric solution of Nb^(5+) and Ta^(5+). The grains of the powder are small and uniform, grain size is about 30~40 nm.The ceramic with excellent dielectric properties can be made using this powder.Dielectric constant could be highly as 520, and dielectric loss is about 9.0×10^(-4) under 1 MHz.
