摘要
本文通过在α-糖苷酶水解麦芽糖的体系中加入一定量的中药提取物,并采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定葡萄糖的释放量,建立了一个中药中α-糖苷酶抑制剂的筛选模型.应用该模型对糖尿病治疗中药的筛选结果表明,桑白皮、桑枝以及桑叶等十种中药被证实有α-糖苷酶的抑制剂活性,可以有效地抑制或延缓淀粉和麦芽糖水解为葡萄糖,揭示了中药降糖的另一种机理,并为开发安全有效的糖尿病治疗中药提供了新的思路.
In this paper, the sensitive screening model of α-glucosidase inhibitor was established. The results showed that Cortex Mori, Ramulus Mori and Folium Mori among ten traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) extracts had strongly α-glucosidase inhibition in hydrolysis processes of starch or maltose. Therefore , TCM extracts might cure diabetes. The present researches remain to be developed the new natural medicines for safe and effective diabetic therapy.
