摘要
阐释了科学地确定流程再造的目标对于再造企业的重要性 ,分析了采用BMP分析法确定企业流程再造的目标 。
Scientifically determining enterprise process reengineering target concerns the fate of reengineering enterprise directly. This article mainly indicated that the specific aspects of activity of the core step and process of BMP analysis.
