摘要
探讨了在高校开设健美课的现实意义 ,通过对健美的理论分析和功能论证 ,对健美课进入高校课堂的可行性进行了研究 。
On a basis of an investigation and the function analysis, this paper presents a feasibility research on bodybuilding as a part of physical education in universities, and provides reliable theoretical bases for the research.
