摘要
提高锻模寿命,一般都着手研究模具材料、模具热处理、模具加工光洁度、工艺润滑剂,以及制坯工艺的合理性。本文讨论毛边槽桥部的宽度b和高度h的比质、毛边槽桥部的摩擦系数μ对锻模寿命的影响以及采用毛边糟桥部可修复的锻模结构来减小μ,以增大桥部高度h。(缩小b/h以减小模锻力,提高锻模寿命)。在实践中,通过检测和记录,证明锻模寿命可提高3倍以上。
To extend the life of forging dies, attention is paid to the following aspects: materials, heat treatment, surfacefinish and lubricants and the rationalization of die-blank making process. This article studies the best ratio of the width(b) and height(h) of the bridging part with burred grooves, the inflence of friction coefficient(μ)of the above mentioned bridging part on the life of forging dies, and the method of applying the renovatable forginh die structure to recucingμ and increasing h(through decreasing b/h to reduce forging force and extend life of forging dies). The testing results show that the life of forging dies has extended three times over than before.
