结合朔黄线肃宁北至黄骅港段增建第二线电气化工程的施工组织设计实际 ,从建设工期与工程处理措施的相互关系铺架方案的选择 ,工序组织及换边地段的过渡方案等方面进行总结 ,希望能对类似工程的施工组织设计有所借鉴。

Combined with the practice of the design for construction organization of the electrification project of double tracking the Suning North - Huanghua Port section on the Shuoxian-Huanghua railway, this article makes a summary on the interrelation between construction time and engineering treatment measures, selection of installation schemes, working process organization and the transition scheme for side change section of route in the hope of providing reference to the construction organization design for similar projects.
