通过对投标施工组织在投标工作中的作用及重要性分析 ,探讨了投标施工组织与标后施工组织的关系 ,详细阐述了投标施工组织的编制流程及编制内容。作者根据近年来编制投标施工组织的经历 ,提出了编制过程中的注意事项及建议。

Through the analysis of the role and importance of the construction organization design in bidding for project, this article makes an exploration of the relationship between the construction organizations before and after the bid submission, and gives a detailed description of the preparation process and content of the construction organization design of bidding for project. Based on his personal experience in preparing the design for construction organization for bid submission in recent years, the author explains the caution and makes proposals in course of preparation of the said design.
