摘要
近年来 ,铁路工程施工承发包采用可调总价合同的情况越来越多 ,这种合同模式一般对计算程序未做具体规定 ,因此在实施过程中实际计量时会遇到一些问题。此文分析了可调总价合同在计量过程中可能出现的情况 ,并提出解决的建议。
In recent years, contracts with total adjustable price are more often employed in contracting out of railway projects. This contract mode in general does not make any specific provisions in relation to the measurement process. So some problems are met with in actual measurement during implementation. This article gives an analysis of the situation which may possibly arise in course of measurement before presenting corresponding solutions thereto.
