Patching and strengthening techniques of concrete pavement of airport expressway

SP- 1 0 1聚合物砂浆是一种新型的混凝土表面修补加固材料 ,不但具有粘结强度高、干缩变形小 ,以及抗压模量低、抗氯离子和硫酸盐离子侵蚀能力强的特点 ,而且可显著提高护筋阻锈能力 ,还具有一定的补偿收缩性能。此文结合哈尔滨机场扩建 2 0 0 0 0 m2站坪工程现场修补加固实例 ,介绍了 SP-1 0 1聚合物砂浆的主要性能、使用范围和 SP- 1 0 1聚合物砂浆施工质量的控制方法 ,并提出在施工过程中的注意事项。

The SP101 polymer mortar is a new type of concrete pavement patching and strengthening material, which is not only high in cementation, small in shrinkage and deformation, low in modulus of compression, strong in resisting the corrosion of chlorions and sulphate ions but can remarkably increase the ability to protect the reinforcement from rust and is of a certain property of shrinkage compensation. This article, combined with the instance of Harbin Airport extension project which involves the field patching and strengthening of the 20000 m2 parking apron, gives an introduction to the main properties, range of application and the method of construction quality control of the SP-101 polymer mortar and caution to be observed in course of construction.
