基于项目管理的虚拟企业性能评价指标体系和方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 虚拟企业是具有不同核心竞争力的企业共同合作,为完成某一产品或服务而组成的一种新的组织形式,它以分布、协调的方式实现项目任务,因此,这里项目管理的内涵发生了变化。传统企业性能的评价指标集不再适用于虚拟企业。本文在描述虚拟企业、项目管理概念、特征的基础上,根据项目管理的基本思想,以项目管理为主线,提出了一种通用的、可操作的虚拟企业性能评价指标体系和评价方法。 A Virtual Enterprise (VE) is a temporary alliance of enterprises that come together to share skills or core competencies and resources in order to better respond to business opportu- nities, it?s a new organization mode. They complete a project based on distributed and cooperated mode, So here the intension of project management is bigger. The traditional assemblage of evaluation indexes is no longer suited to Virtual Enterprise. In this paper, the concepts and features of Virtual Enterprise & project management are described firstly, and then according to the idea of project management and along with the mainline of project management, the framework and method for evaluation of Virtual Enterprise are proposed.
