在肯定数字鸿沟客观存在的基础上 ,选取指标检验了因特网发展与经济发展间的关系。结果表明 :因特网发展程度与经济发展水平之间有明显的正相关联系 ,这种相关关系逐年增强 ;因特网发展的区域差异程度高于经济发展的差异程度 ,但随着时间推移有下降趋势。贫富差距与数字鸿沟互为因果 ,问题的解决的根本仍然是人文基础、科教投入、人才结构。

Based on the affirmation of the existence of digital divide, the article selects several indexes to test the relationship between Internet development and economical development. The result is that their development levels have notable positive correlation and it is more and more notable year after year. The district difference of Internet development is more remarkable than that of economical development, however, the trend is diminishing year by year. The income gap and the digital divide interact as both cause and effect. The problems can only be fundamentally solved in those basic aspects as humanistic background, scientific and educational input, the structure of talented persons, the investment scale and the information resources and so on.
