摘要
通过分析我国加入WTO给公路养护带来的问题和挑战 ,阐述了公路养护体制改革的必要性 。
By analyzing problems & challenges brought by entering WTO,it illustrates necessity of reforming road maintenance system and propounds main principles for reforming road maintenance system with its essential problem which needs solving.
