摘要
通过对我国目前强化合同备案管理的必要性的分析 ,阐述了当前建设工程施工合同备案管理面临的几个主要问题 。
Based upon analysis of the necessity to strengthen recording management of contract in China, in view of the problems existed in present construction contract recording management of building engineering corresponding countermeasures are presented.
