摘要
结合项目经理的岗位职责 ,从协调各方关系、制定岗位责任制、施工项目的组织模式及过程管理等方面 ,提出了项目经理管理项目的具体措施 。
Combined with item manager’s post duty,it propounds concrete measures of item manager managing items from aspects of coordinating relations of all parts, of formulating system of post duty, of organizational mode of constructive item and of process management,which has certain guiding significance for improving item manager’s managing level.
