Measures for the Development of Chinese Logistics Industry

本文认为,基于物流产业的发展前景及其对我国经济发展的贡献,政府有必要制定积极的物流产业发展政策。具体说来,应尽快制定物流产业发展的方针和总体目标,明确其在经济发展中的地位;制定物流产业发展政策及措施,营造良好的制度环境;积极引导工商企业优化企业物流管理,为物流产业发展培育坚实的市场基础;大力发展“第三方物流”企业,培育物流产业的市场主体;制定科学合理的物流产业发展规划,加快物流标准化进程。

Considering the prospect of logistics industry and its contribution to the economic development of our country, government should formulate policy for the development of logistics industry .Specifically speaking, first, Chinese government should lay down fundamental guidelines and set general goal for the logistics industry,and make its position in the economic development clear.Second, the government should taking measures to create a favorable institutional environment. Third,the government should guide enterprises to better the logistics management.Forth,the government should encourage the development of the forth-party logistics. Fifth,the government should working out scientific development plan for logistics industry and faster the process of logistics standardization.
