摘要
经济发展史表明,打破资源禀赋限制,占据世界经济分工的有利位置,对一个国家的发展至关重要。本文提出,对我国政府而言,应抓住文化产业是21世纪主导产业的契机,优化教育结构,培育人力资本比较优势,以占据国际分工中的有利位置,推动我国文化产业发展。
The economic development history reveals that breaking the restriction of resources endowment and to occupy a favorable position in the world labor-division system is important for the development of a country .Chinese government should realize that culture industry is the leading industry in the 21st century,and develop the comparative advantage in human resource through improving education structure, thus to occupy a favorable position in the world labor-division system.
