Production Processes and Current Situation of Output and Demand of Benzyl Chloride

介绍了氯化苄的生产工艺 ,并比较了其优缺点。对国内外产需现状进行了分析。指出今后应以发展精馏氯化法为主 ,逐步淘汰玻璃柱串联连续氯化法、釜式光照氯化法的生产工艺 ,同时大力发展氯化苄的下游产品的开发 ,国内短期不宜大规模再上氯化苄生产线。

Production processes of benzyl chloride is introduced and its advantages and disadvantages compared. Current situation of output and demand of benzyl chloride both at home and abroad is analyzed. It is pointed out that, the development of process in the future should be mainly focused on rectification chlorination method. The processes such as continuous chlorination in glass column in series and photo chlorination are eliminated. Meantime, the downstream products should be vigorously developed and the expansion of production line of large scale at home in short time is not suggested.
