摘要
结合已开工的南水北调东线工程山东段和胶东调水工程,建立了山东省水资源优化配置模型,按照现状年、2010年和2030年共3个水平年的6个方案进行了计算机模拟计算,探讨了山东省当地水、黄河水和长江水联合运用和优化配置。为新时期山东省水资源开发利用决策提供了科学依据。
In combination with the East Route Project of South、to、North Water Transfer and the project of transfer water to Jaodong area, the model for optimal water resources allocation of Shandong province is established. The simulating calculations of 6 operation schemes in 2000, 2010 and 2030 are carried out in order to probe into conjunctive use of local water resources, Yellow River and Changjiang River waters. The calculation results provide scientific basis for decision、making to develop and use water resources for Shandong province.
