This paper starts with an elaboration of the process of how Cheung Kong evaded the loan risk and continues to reveal theessence of an enterprise group. By analyzing the conditions and characteristics of capital operating of an enterprise group, the paper also tries to make proposals on the set-up of an internal interactive mechanism and on the enhancement of coorperative effect within the group.
