摘要
网络虚拟财产具备许多与现实财产相同的属性和特征,可认定为财产。它具有虚拟性、价值性和现实性,这种财产也应该得到法律保护。但是,虚拟财产只有与现实的社会关系发生具有法律意义的联系时,才能切实进入法律调整的范畴。
The network virtual estate formed in NetPC games can be regarded as actual wealth in terms of the same attribute and characteristics of virtual property with actual one. This kind of property ought to enjoy legal protection as well, for it has subjectivity, actuality and valuable attribution. However, only on condition that it makes juristical connection with social real-life can the virtual estate be involved into the normalization of jural realm.
