摘要
随着网络广告的迅猛发展,虚假宣传、掠夺定价、诋毁竞争对手的商业信誉、欺骗性有奖销售和巨奖销售、欺诈性交易方法等已经成为网络广告中最常见的不正当竞争形式。应制定和完善相关法律、明确监管的主体、加强市场准入的监管、借鉴金融系统的信用评级系统等,来规范网络广告的竞争行为,使网络广告进入一个良性竞争、快速健康发展的新阶段。
With recent resuscitation of IT industry and deepened understanding on the e-advertisement, e-advertisement is on the highway of its development. However, we need to be aware of and cautious on various hidden troubles when the booming is coming. Unfair competition in e-advertisement is one of the most obvious and common problems in the progress. False propaganda, predatory pricing, denigrating competitors and fraudulent trade have been the most common forms of unfair competition in e-advertisement. The administration should take some measures, such as setting up and perfecting laws and regulations concerned, defining the administration clearly, strengthening the supervision on market entering, to standardize the e-advertisement competition and lead e-advertisement to a healthy highway of its development.
