针对现行中小学教师现代教育技术培训模式中的理论脱离实际、培训形式单一、难以实现全员可持续培训等弱点 ,校本培训的提出无疑为当前教师教育技术培训提供了一条有效的培训途径 ;通过教育行政部门和学校严格组织管理 ,根据教学实际科学地制定现代教育技术的培训内容 ,灵活使用各种培训方式 ,分阶段有步骤地实施培训方案 。

There are many shortcomings for current training model, which is supposed to improve teachers', middle schools and elementary schools, modern educational skills, supported by the theory without practical quality. The inner training, which means that to training the teachers in the schools they are working in, is very efficient way.
