发展农民专业合作经济组织 促进农业产业化的发展——闽西农民专业合作经济组织的调查与建议

Develop Farmer Professional Cooperative Economic Organization(FPCEO) and accelerate agricultural industrialization——Investigations and advice on FPCEO in the western Fujian

十六大报告把积极推进农业产业化经营,提高农民进入市场组织化程度,作为新时期农村全面推进小康建设的一条好路子。如何使分散的千家万户的小生产顺利走向统一的千变万化的大市场,提高农民的组织化程度,根据闽西农民专业合作经济组织组建形式与现状,通过调查,提出对农民专业合作经济组织的发展一要确立法律地位;二要以合作化推进产业化;三要积极引导和服务的建议。

The Sixteenth Party Congress takes“Develop Agricultural Industrialization,Improve Farmers' Market Systematization”as a good way for full-scale building of moderately well-off(Xiaokang) society in rural areas in a new period. It is important to make many dispersed farmer workshops into a great united market and improve farmers' cooperative systematization. Based on the investigations on the construction form and current status of Farmer Professional Cooperative Economic Organization(FPCEO) in the western Fujian,this paper puts forward three pieces of advice for the development of FPCEO:i)establish lawful status; ii) improve industrialization through cooperation; iii)encourage active guidance and service.
