采掘一线职工队伍的现状艰苦且较不稳定。究其原因,一线职工社会地位低,经济地位亦不高。要改变职工队伍现状,必须创造良好的工作环境,提高职工综合素质,完善劳动分配制度,提高机关服务效能,以稳定采掘一线职工队伍。

The reason why the present conditions of the front-line excavation team are arduous and rather unstable is that the team is in lower social position and gets lower payments.In order to change the present conditions and stablize the excavation team,we say good working conditions, comprehensive qualities of workers,system of labor distribution and service efficacy of offices must be improved, promoted and perfected.
