摘要
铜酞菁颜料生产废水的母液经过回收CaCl2 后的冷凝液和冲洗废水混合 ,其COD≤16 0 0mg/L ,NH3-N≤ 10 0 0mg/L ,Cu2 + ≤ 10 0mg/L。对混合废水采用微电解、吹脱、沉淀、AO法相结合的工艺处理后 ,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978— 1996 )
After extracting CaCl_2 from the original liquid in copper phthalocyanine production,the condensate used in producing was mixed with washing wastewater.The characteristic of mixed wastewater are COD≤1 600 mg/L,NH_3-N≤1 000 mg/L,Cu^(2+)≤100 mg/L.After being treated with the integrated process consisting of micro-electrolysis,air stripping,sedimentation and AO,the effluent quality meets the classⅠcriteria of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
