摘要
对荞麦淀粉的生产工艺、生产方法及工艺参数进行了研究;分析测定了荞麦淀粉的理化特性;论述了荞麦淀粉的特性及应用。对指导生产和开发荞麦淀粉提供了有益的参考,为杂粮加工和精深加工开辟了新的途径。
The technology and parameters of buckwheat starch processing were introduced.A new way to process coarse cereals,exploitation and utilization of the buckwheat starch and their trends were analyzed as well.
