三维适形放疗联合中药治疗肝癌的疗效观察

Treatment of hepatocarcinoma with 3-CRT Combining Chinese Medicine

目的观察三维适形放疗联合中医中药治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效。方法采用美国瓦里安医用直线加速器,美国拓能公司立体定向适形放疗系统对21例中晚期肝癌给予放疗联合中医中药治疗,2.2～3.0Gy/次,5次/周,20～30次,总剂量60～68Gy。放疗中、放疗后根据患者症状辨证论治,给予中药口服。结果肿瘤客观疗效评价完全缓解(CR)4例、部分缓解(PR)10例、稳定(SD)4例、恶化(PD)3例,总有效率(CR+PR)66.67%;生存率6个月16例、1年12例、2年7例;临床主要症状改善总有效率为80.95%;卡氏评分(Karnofsky)和体重较治疗前均增加。结论三维适形放疗联合中医中药治疗中晚期肝癌疗效较好,可改善临床症状,延长生存期,提高生存质量,不良反应轻。

Objective To observe the effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3-CRT) combining Chinese Medicine for liver cancer in mid and late stage. Method The radiotherapy with linear accelerator (made in America), stereoscopic and orient conformal therapy system was given to 21 cases of hepatocarcinoma in mid and late stage. Each case was treated by radiotherapy with 2.2-3.0 Gy once and five times a week, and totally 20-30 times and dose of 60-80 Gy. During and after the treatment the cases were given Chinese medicine orally according their symptoms. Result The objective therapeutic evaluation of tumor with CR was 4 cases, PR, 10 cases, SD, 4 cases, PD, 3 cases, and the total effective rate was 66.67%. 16 cases had a survival time for 6 months, 12 cases, for one year, and 7 cases, for two years. The effective rate in relieving major symptoms was 80.95%. The Karnofsky (KPS) and body weight (BW) of cases increased after the treatment. Conclusion The effect of 3-CRT combining Chinese medicine on hepatocarcinoma in mid and late stage is good. It can elongate patients' survival time and improve their living quality with little harmful effect.
