HPLC测定白癜风胶囊中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量

Dctermination of Contents of Psoralen and Isopsoraden in Leukoderma Capsuleswith HPLC

目的 :建立用HPLC法测定白癜风胶囊中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量。方法 :色谱柱 :KromasilC18柱 (5 μm ,4 .6× 2 5 0mm) ;流动相 :甲醇 -水 (5 5 :5 0 ) ,流速 :1.0ml/min ;柱温 :35℃ ;检测波长 :2 4 5nm。以补骨脂素、异补骨脂素为对照品 ,外标法定量。结果 :补骨脂素的线性范围为 0 .0 39～ 0 .197μg(r =0 .9999) ,异补骨脂素的线性范围为 0 .0 4 3～ 0 .2 14 μg(r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率 99.2 % ,RSD =0 .4 6 %。结论 :本法简便 ,结果准确 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
