摘要
论述了精密位置控制系统的组成和功能。建立了精密位置反馈控制系统的数学模型。采用PID控制算法对微米级的润滑膜厚度进行反馈控制。通过MATLAB语言的SIMULINK软件包仿真研究了精密位置反馈控制系统的动态特性。指出参数Kp、Ki 和Kd 值的选取对该精密位置反馈控制系统的设计是非常重要的。
The composing and the function of precise position feedback control system were discussed.The mathematical model of precise position feedback control system was created.The thickness of lubricating film in micron level was feedback controlled by adopting PID control arithmetic.The dynamic characteristics of the precise position feedback control system were simulated based on the SIMULINK tools of MATLAB language.It is pointed that the selection of parameter such as K p?K i and K d are very important for the design of precise position feedback control system.
