摘要
简述了动平衡机的机理 ,并在详细分析支承系统对动平衡机灵敏度和精度影响的基础上提出了一种高精度、高灵敏度的支承系统———气动支承系统的方案。通过对其结构分析和实验验证 ,证实了该支承系统是可行的 ,在小转子。
The mechanism of dynamic balancing machine was summarized,and the impact of holding system on precision and sensitivity of dynamic balancing machine was analyzed.A project on holding system with high precision and high sensitivity--pneumatic holding system was put forward.The results of structural analysis and experimental validation proved that the pneumatic holding system is feasible and has broad application prospect on the occasion of testing the small rotor with high precision.
