摘要
介绍了全自动液压钢坯在线剪的工作原理。该剪断机利用可编程控制器对设备的动作进行全程控制 ,辅以变频调速控制设备的行走 ,适合于大断面钢坯连铸生产线的使用 ,生产效率高 ,使用成本低。
The working principle of automatic hydraulic billet shears in continuous-casting steel line was introduced.The shear was controlled all the processes by PLC,and was equipped with a variable-frequency equipment to control the running.The shearing is suit for the large section steel billet in continuous-casting line,and has high production efficiency and low cost.
