The Improvement of the Flow Ripple in Vane within Vane Type Pump

子母叶片泵是广泛使用的高压泵 ,为了消除配流时的油击现象 ,在配流盘上设置了预升压闭死角及减振阻尼 ,这二者是影响泵的瞬时流量均匀性的主要因素。在对变过流截面和定过流截面的阻尼特性进行研究后 ,得出在预升压过程中采用二者结合的复合阻尼是提高子母叶片泵流量均匀性的有效方法。

The pre-loading process and silencing grooves were used on port plate in order to avoid the phenomenon of pressure pulsations, which are the main factors of flow ripple in pump.Taking into account the characters of variable area silencing grooves and invariable area silencing grooves,the conclusion was gained that the application of complex silencing grooves is the effective way to improve the flow ripple.
