摘要 通过对典型地块小麦植株取样分析 ,研究了 90 0 0kg/hm2 产量水平冬小麦对硼的吸收和分配特点 ,结果表明 :植株硼素含量在整个生育期内呈“双峰式”变化曲线 ,分蘖期为第一峰值、起身期达第二峰值。植物对硼的累积吸收呈“Logistic”曲线变化 ,收获期总积累量达 97.0 5g/hm2 。返青—抽穗是植株对硼的吸收速率最快的时期 ,其中尤其以孕穗—抽穗阶段吸收速率最高 ,是小麦需硼最关键的时期 ;分蘖—越冬前是苗期吸硼速率最快、最关键时期。而硼素的分配 ,拔节—孕穗期以鞘、茎为中心 ;孕穗—抽穗期开始转向生殖器官 ;扬花后籽粒是分配中心。 The field test on the typical soil with wheat variety Yumai 49 indicated that:the content of boron in wheat plant showed double-peak curve during the whole growing period and the first and second peak existed in the tilling stage and the standing stage respectively.The accumulation for boron of wheat plant appeared in Logistic curve form with the total amount of boron accumulation of 97.05 g/ha.The high rate of boron absorption appeared in the period from turning-green to later booting in which the maximum rate of B absorption occurred in the period from early booting to later booting when wheat needs boron most crucially,and the higher rate of B absorption existed in the period from tilling to before winter when wheat seedling needs B urgently.As for the distribution of boron,the sheath and stem is the center from jointing to later booting,turning to procreation apparatus from early booting to later booting and after flowering the seed is the center.
