江苏淮南地区小麦品种系谱及育种问题的探讨

Pedigree Analysis of Wheat Varieties in the South of Huaihe River of Jiangsu Province and its Strategies for Wheat Breeding

回顾了江苏淮南地区小麦品种演变历史;分析了大面积当家品种的系谱,指出目前生产主体品种遗传背景较狭窄,遗传基础较脆弱;讨论和分析了4个直接与育种相关的问题:1.拓宽种质来源,丰富遗传基础;2.切合生态特点,加强适应性和丰产性选育;3.正确把握品种抗性,降低主要病害危害;4.正确定位品质目标,注重发挥区域优势。

This paper makes a review for evolution to wheat varieties in the south of Huaihe river of Jiangsu province, and studies the pedigree of major planted varieties (parent origin). The results show that the genetic background was vulnerability to major planted varieties. Furthermore, the strategies were discussed for wheat breeding program in the following: 1) Enriching the genetic background of wheat varieties; 2) Based on the ecological conditions in different regions, strengthen wheat breeding program for high yield and wide adaptation; 3) Decreasing the harmfulness of major diseases by breeding for reasonable multi-resistant; 4) Making full use of regional superiorities to breed new wheat varieties with proper grain quality.
