摘要
利用离子注入技术对工业纯铁进行了Mo+离子和Ti+离子的注入.将所选用的工业纯铁试样在40kV的电压下分别以2×1017cm-2和5×1017cm-2不同剂量的离子注入,测得离子注入后工业纯铁试样的腐蚀电流密度和腐蚀电流,并得出相应的极化曲线.从而对Ti,Mo元素对工业纯铁的抗腐蚀性作用进行了定量的比较.实验结果表明,Mo,Ti元素使工业纯铁的抗蚀性均有一定程度的提高,且当注入剂量相同时,注入Mo元素的材料,样品具有更强的抗腐蚀性.
The effect of Mo and Ti ions on the corrosion behavior of industrial pure iron was studied with ion implanted method. The corrosion current density and corrosion current of the industrial pure iron were determined when 2×10^(17) cm^(-2) or 5×10^(17) cm^(-2) of Mo and Ti ions were respectively implanted in it at 40 kV voltage. The results from potential polarization curves showed that the corrosive resistance of the industrial pure iron with implanting Mo and Ti ions was certainly improved, and the sample implanting Mo ion had more corrosion resistant than that implanting Ti ion with same concentration of Mo and Ti ions.
