摘要 目的:介绍番茄红素在抗氧化和调节血脂方面的研究成果,为其开发利用提供参考。方法:依据近几年国内外相关研究报道,主要介绍番茄红素抗氧化和调节血脂的作用、机制及其与疾病的关系。结果:番茄红素具有多种生物学活性,除强大的抗氧化和调脂作用外,它还具有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、增强机体免疫、调节环加氧酶新陈代谢等功能。结论:番茄红素在人类疾病的预防和治疗上具有广阔的前景。 Objective:To r eview the researches of lycopene on antioxidation and plasma lipopro tein modula tion and provide referen ces for the exploitation and utilization.Methods:The functions,mechanism and relation to illness were reviewed accordin g to related experimental studies.Results:Lycopene has various biological activities.Besi des antioxidation and plasma lipoprotein modulation,it c an inhibit human cance r cell growth,enhance immune functio n,and modulate cyclo-oxygenase pathways and so on.Conclusion:Lycopene has extensive prospect in h uman health,diseas e prevention and therapy.
