金嗓口服液的质量标准研究

Studies on Quality Standard of Jinsa ng Oral Liquor

目的:研究金嗓口服液(黄芩、金银花、板蓝根)的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中黄芩、金银花、板蓝根进行定性鉴别,用紫外分光光度法测定黄芩苷含量。结果:在薄层色谱中均能检出黄芩、金银花、板蓝根;黄芩苷浓度在4～12μg/mL范围内与吸收度呈良好线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.96%,RSD=0.44%(n=6)。结论:建立的方法可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective:To establish the quality standard fo r Jinsang oral liquor(Radix Scutellariae,Flos Lonicerae,Radix Isatidis).Methods:Radix Scutellariae,Flo s Lonicerae,Radix Isatidis were identified by TLC,and the content of Baicalin was determined by UV.Results:Radix Scutellariae,Flos Lonicerae,Radix Isatidi s could be indentified by TLC,the baicalin showed a good linear relationship at range of 4～12ìg,r=0.9998.The average recovery was 98.96%,R SD=0.44%(n=6).Conclusion:The methods can be used for the quality con trol of baicalin in compound preparation.
