政府掌握着大量的社会信息资源 ,是最主要的信息生产者、消费者和发布者 ,政府信息资源的开放度已成为一个国家信息化水平程度的重要标志。本文从分析我国政府信息公开化的现状出发 。

The government who is main information producer,the consumer and publisher,controls lots of social information resources,whose open degree has already become the important sign of degree of a national informatization.The paper learns from analyze the current situation of information publication of our national government,and have proposed the frame that our government legislates information disclosure.
