摘要
本文从介绍网络上一种新兴的信息载体 Blog入手 ,阐述 Blog产生的背景和功能特点 ,分析其巨大的应用潜能和社会影响 ,探究 Blog在图书馆的应用及其对图书馆发展的促进作用 。
This paper first gives an introduction to the new type of information medium Blog in the internet,explicates its background and functional characteristics,and then analyzes its great potential of application and social influence,exploring its application and accelerating role in library management,which paves the new way for us to use new technologies in this field.
