摘要 视频检索不同于纯文本检索 ,基于内容的视频检索是当前的一个研究热点 ,本文讨论了在 MPEG- Video retreval is different from plain texts,content-based video retrieval is a current hot research area,within the framework of the MPEG-7 standard,this paper discusses the way of building content-based video index and retrieval.
