摘要
北京某中学师生因一位老师被SARS夺去生命而深陷情绪与行为的困扰中,悲伤辅导的过程包括危机小组的介入,辅导方案的设计与实施。文化、偏见以及缺乏健全的危机干预机制等是造成悲伤辅导缺失的主要原因,有必要进一步建立健全危机干预机制,当危机发生后,提供相关的心理教育资讯,并根据实际情况提供具有针对性和弹性的辅导。
Teachers and students in a middle school of Beijing fell into emotional and behavioral disturbance when one of their colleagues and teachers died of SARS.In correspondence,the grief-lessening process would have included intervention of the crisis controlling group,and drafting and enforcement of a supporting scheme.However,failure to practice a grief-lessening guidance in fact might be attributed to cultural barrier,prejudice,and absence of a perfect mechanism of crisis intervention.In this sense,it is necessary to establish a sound mechanism of crisis intervention,and provide information of psychological education involved,and offer certain elastic guidance against the actual situation once a crisis happens one day.
