In the course of enforcing comprehensive qualification education in higher school,a good relationship between teacher and student will promote influence of teacher's personal attraction on student,stimulate student's creative inspiration in a way of interaction,and cultivate student in the target of a talent as a result.A teacher ought to motivate student with his unselfish love,to influence student with his personality attraction,and to strengthen communication between them.As a result,a new type of teacher-student relationship will be established to meet the aim of comprehensive qualification education.
