Going forward with time and innovation in development are the theoretical quality of Marxism.The important thought of'Three Representatives'is the newest outcome of Marxism in the Chinese mode.Going forward with time and directing new practices with developing Marxism mean to direct new practice with the important thought of'Three Representatives'and to keep the spiritual condition of liberating thought,speaking according to fact,and going forward with time.It also means that we ought to take ruling for country's renaissance as the first task,and to solve the problems faced in development with a developing method.
