农地制度创新包括经营规模和产权结构安排两个重要方面。不同的经营规模和产权结构结合成不同的农地制度模式,产生不同的经济绩效。经营规模与产权制度的结合方式要受到经济社会条件的约束和制度变迁路径依赖的影响。不同的农地制度模式有其相关的约束条件、创新成本和绩效。

Innovation of farmland institution is consisted of two aspects like scale of land business and structure of property right.Different scales of land business are combined with different structures of property right to form different patterns of farmland system,and to bring forth different economic effects.The combination mode of business scale and property right will be restrained by economic and social conditions and influenced by the route of institutional transition.Different patterns of farmland institution have their restraining conditions,innovatory costs and effects respectively.
