摘要
作为流通方式,无店铺销售是社会经济技术发展的必然产物。它的产生与发展,给消费者和厂商带来一系列现实利益。目前,无店铺销售呈现良好的发展势头。无店铺销售与店铺销售功能定位不同,目标顾客群体也有差异,各具优势和特点,都有其生存空间,两者之间相互补充,长期共存。从世界范围来看,无店铺销售的健康发展需要有相应的法律规范和行业自律。我国必须为无店铺销售发展创造良好的环境,实现稳中求进。
As a way of circulation, nonstore sale is an inevitable outcome of the development of economy and technology. The emergence and development of nonstore sale have brought a series of realistic interest for consumers and manufacturers. Nonstore sale is different from store sale in function positioning and targeting customers, and each has respective advantages, characteristics and own living space. They will coexist for a long time. From the global view, nonstore sale needs the corresponding legal norm and trade self-discipline for better and healthier development. In our country we must provide nonstore sale with a better environment for its steady development.
