摘要
在科技创新体系中,上市公司应当最具创新动力和优势,但统计资料显示,我国上市公司的创新研究投入总量不足,结构也不尽合理。本文运用一些经济学的简单模型,对上市公司融资资本创新研究投入时R＆D投入总量、投向偏好等行为进行了分析,并得出了鼓励上市公司融资资本参与科技创新体系建设的七项政策建议。
Within the national technological innovative system, listed companies are of strongest motive force and most advantages. However, the investment in innovation of China's listed companies is insufficient and poorly balanced. By some simple economics models, the article studies and analyzes the R&D total investment amount and investment priority of listed companies when they invest financed capital in the innovative research. The article presents 7 proposals on how to encourage listed companies to participate in the National Technological Innovative System construction.
