摘要
国有企业实行全员劳动合同制 ,加强和完善劳动合同管理 ,应从加强劳动法律、法规和劳动合同管理重要性的宣传教育 ;进一步完善劳动合同管理体系建设 ;“把好一个关、抓好四个环节” ;加强合同管理的监督检查 ;明确专人 ,落实责任 ;加强交流和培训等方面进行。
At present, the labour contract system for all employees has been instituted in the state-owned enterprises, yet the management of labour contract in the enterprises is unsatisfactory & a lot of matters are existed, which show mainly: No special persons manage the labour contract and the labour contract can not be carried out really; The perfect management system is formed far too little; A few problems appear in the real labour contract management. The article analyses the causes produced & the harmful consequences created from the problems in the labour contract management and sets forth emphatically how to strengthen & perfect the labour contract management in the enterprises from six respects below: To enhance the propaganda & instruction of importance on the labour laws & regulations, and labour contract management; To perfect further the construction in labour contract management system; ”To maintain a strict standard and seize four links”; To strengthen the supervision & check in the contract management; To make clear the special persons in the contract management and implement the responsibility of persons concerned; To strengthen the exchange & training in the labour contract management.
